Dealer Uploads a File
Your dealer picks the vehicle, chooses what they need (Stage 1, DPF off, etc.), sees how many credits it costs, and uploads the file.
You Get Notified
The file lands in your admin queue and the dealer gets an email confirmation. You can see all pending jobs in one place. Status: Pending.
You Tune the File
Work on the file at your own pace. Add notes, update the status, and upload the tuned file when it's done. Status: Processing.
Dealer Downloads It
Hit complete and the dealer gets an email (and optional text). They log in, download the tuned file, and they're done. Status: Completed.
Statuses: Pending → Processing → Completed | On Hold | Rejected

Dealers can pay by card (Stripe — including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or PayPal. They buy credit packs and credits are used up automatically when they submit files. We support 11 currencies including GBP, EUR and USD, so it works for international dealers too.
Yes. You can set up 3 dealer levels with different prices for each. So your best dealers or highest-volume customers can get better rates. You just assign each dealer to a level and they see the right prices automatically.
All the common ECU file types are supported — .bin, .slave, .mmf, .ori, .hex, .txt, .zip and .pdf. Every upload is checked for safety. Dealers upload the original and you send back the tuned file through the same system.
Yes. Dealers get an email every time something happens — when their file status changes, when they buy credits, or when their account is updated. You can also turn on SMS text alerts so they get a text the moment their tuned file is ready to download.
Very secure. Passwords are encrypted, all forms are protected against tampering, the database is guarded against attacks, login attempts are limited to stop brute force, and Google reCAPTCHA blocks bots. All file transfers happen over HTTPS so nothing is exposed.
Absolutely. The portal is fully branded with your logo, colours, domain and company name. Your dealers see your business, not ours. You can upload your company logo and configure all branding from the admin panel.
